Run real work with AI bots, in plain English.
I can't write a line of code, but a team of about thirty AI bots now runs parts of my businesses. Here are the plain-English prompts I use, plus what broke along the way.
You run something real and you don't code
Busy owners and solo operators
You have more weekly chores than hours, like newsletters, listings, inboxes and customer questions, and you want help that actually helps.
Non-coders
No jargon and no scripts. If you can brief a new employee, you can brief a bot. Every prompt here is plain English you can copy and edit.
People who want it honest
Bots make mistakes and sound confident doing it. You'll see what works, what failed, and the rules that keep it safe.
The prompts are written for Grok Bot, the AI agent app I use, and most of them work in other AI agent tools too. All together, my bots save me about 30 hours a week. It took time to get there, and I started with one bot, not thirty.
30 AI Bots Run My Business. Here's What Broke.
How a non-coder ended up with a team of about 30 bots: the router bot that hands out the work, the jobs each bot does, the mistake that cost me real money and weeks of time, and the one rule I now give every bot.

Three prompts for your first bot
Start with one boring weekly task, one bot, and these rules. Add a second bot only once the first has worked well for a couple of weeks.
Your First Bot: the Setup Brief
Turns a brand-new, blank bot into a helper with one clear job, a reason for doing it, and limits it has to respect.
Get the prompt →Standing Safety Rules (Ask Before You Act)
Gives a bot a short set of house rules it follows on every task: no sending, posting or spending without your OK, and no made-up facts.
Get the prompt →Check the Terms First
Has the bot read a service's rules before you build anything on it, and flag what's allowed, what isn't, and what could get your account shut down.
Get the prompt →Six things every good bot instruction has
Every prompt on this site is built from the same six parts. Get these right and most "bad bot" results go away.
